Project Test Support Services (PTSS) - QuaTech’ PTSS is provided from our dedicated virtual test centers that are set up and run on behalf of our customers on a factory model for all types of testing that we offer based on our customer’s need. Testing for all projects is consolidated and executed out of the center on a managed services basis that enables customers to reduce time-to-market, have defect free IT applications, and lower OPEX costs.

Managed Enterprise Testing Services (METS) – METS is Build long term win-win relationships and focus on execution excellence, through trust and demonstration of ownership and accountability, acting with ethics and total transparency. METS is based on an onsite/offsite delivery model. The delivery team is made up of core and flex resources dedicated to group of applications; the core team retains knowledge and ensures continuity throughout the testing process, the flex team will be deployed or withdrawn to address changes in work volume. This flex team pool is trained and made available for use across applications. This core/flex model helps to optimize the overall team size without impacting the quality of testing. The core/flex team will be supported by our technical TCOEs and support groups, which will address technical issues and niche testing requirements such as test automation and performance testing.

QuaTech Delivery Model


Virtual Delivery Model (VDM) – VDM is a specialized operating model developed by QuaTech to enables our customers continue to realize huge cost saving while shortening their time-to-market through our 16x5 operation without off-shoring, this model shields our customer from wages inflation and possible socio-political issues common in global services locations. Our customer are able to avoid operating expenses (OPEX) associated with their test practice through our onshore and near-shore Virtual Testing Centers (VTC) and they are also able to increase productivity through our flexible project-driven staffing model.
